Want to integrate Zwift races into your training? TrainerRoad makes it simple. You can swap any scheduled hard interval workout for a Zwift race with just a few clicks. Right-click on a workout in your Calendar or add it to your training plan from Plan Builder.

When TrainerRoad is creating your plan in Plan Builder, you can designate hard interval days as Zwift races using the dropdown menu. This ensures your plan integrates racing into your structured training while maintaining proper progression.
