Lets say, if you can ride 6h with no or very little aerobic decoupling,

Not meaning to be picky but how often does anyone ride 6 hours?

Am I just odd for never riding that long? Maybe I should go back to the thread

Is there anyone else on here that is a mere mortal like myself and whose goal is to make it to 3.0w/kg. I see all these comments of my first ftp test was 3.5 and now I’m 4.0+ and I wonder what on earth I’m doing here
