I learned so much from you that I can apply both on and off the bike. Best of luck in your new adventures and time with your family. The TR community will miss you.
A shame to see you go, but good luck in your coming adventures
Amber, I remember when you were doing the LIVE Ramp Tests with the TR gang. If I recall correctly, you took it up to 26 minutes. To this day, I swear you only stopped because you didn’t want to crush our hopes and dreams
Whatever you do, I wish you all the best. You were just the tonic most of us needed. Your ability to deliver a message and make it stick is something I will be forever grateful for.

A human heart (and voice) to endurance training.
Good luck in your new endeavors.
Best of luck on your future endeavors, Amber! Did my first workout (TR or otherwise) in a couple months this past weekend and “Happy halfway!” definitely popped into my head with every interval.
Very sad to see you leave, pop by once in a while for a podcast just to warm our hearts.
Hope that the future will smile upon you and your young family.
Good luck with wherever life takes you!
Thank you for your work and insights on the podcast, we’ll miss you!
Best of luck!

Good luck
Thank you for your contributions Amber, your wisdom will always be a part of my bike journey (and life!)
Thank you Amber, especially for the Podcast on your carreer (part 1, is there a part 2?). It was so helpful to learn from you, having a son in almost the same situation as you was then. Your advice (between the lines) was awesome and your explanation helped to understand his struggles.
Enjoy the next phase in your life!
My favorite amberism of all time.
Thanks for sharing so much.
Never Diet On the Bike!

You will be missed by us on the forum, the podcast listeners and I’m sure by TR employees!
Please do a podcast every once in a while!
Good luck and keep the growth mindset always!!
The podcasts when @Jonathan interviewed @ambermalika were amazing. I don’t normally cry when listening to bike podcasts…
