Is there a way to accept some adaptations but not others? Right now I think there is only 2 buttons… accept ALL or Skip. I have an issue that sometimes Green/Red Light suggest the next workout to be adapted, which I don’t want to adapt (Red light is really sensitive to strength workouts right now).…

It is all or nothing for now. There is an open feature request to add the ability to select/deselect, but we have nothing now. Feature Request: Selective Adaptation Acceptance
