I am using using a TR triathlon plan and would like to know how to upload the strava run or swim workout from my garmin on to the TR calendar? Just like when you complete an outside ride or bike workout that uploads to strava or Garmin connect, it would then show in TR. We’re backfilling run and swims right now. We haven’t scheduled any tools to analyze the data yet. It’s still a ways off .
