1000% - it was the worst navigation. And I had to squint and try some random clicking to find a replay.
and in terms of monthly, if IIRC, the option only shows up on the website or the app, but not the other. I want to say the app has it…

I’ve sent them feedback when I cancelled that this was why I was canceling, so we’ll see if they do anything about it. I don’t plan to subscribe for next year unless they announce a policy on spoilers.
I think their challenge is they are trying to be more than just a replay site, and want to mix news into the mix. NBC sports gold doesn’t have a spoiler problem, but they just provide race coverage. I really think Flo should be more like NBC. (or really, I’d like NBC to get the rights to what flo has, as that would be a better experience.)
Agreed on spoilers, but the navigation on the NBC Sports Gold site really sucks, and got worse this year.
I only subscribe to Cycling Pass, but there is no way to configure the site to only show me what I’m entitled to. Seriously? I don’t care about golf, etc. I’m only subscribed to Cycling, so why isn’t that the default (why can’t I make it the default)?
They no longer offer a monthly rate, I don’t believe…yes, they show a monthly rate but the only option when you go through the process is the yearly rate. Definitely a bit deceptive, but pretty clear once you start the sign up process.
Unfortunately, I don’t think Sylvain is going to have much luck contesting the charges.
I went back on their web site. Main page mention 12.50$ per month but could not found monthly payment. On their main page, they say at 2 place that you can cancel anytime and give an monthy rate, not an annual rate. I am trying to cancel my account but they say that it is past 30 days and I cant - i am 5 days over. The currency is also not mention , I tough it was in Canadian $. On the payment page, they dont give the total that will be charge on your credit card.
So, just got a response (posted below)regarding my most recent spoilers complaint. I will not be resubscribing.
Thank you for reaching out!
As a sports media streaming company, FloSports wishes to provide our customers with the breaking news that shapes the sports world around us. The unintended byproduct of this is that, unfortunately, if you aren’t completely caught up with your favorite on-going sporting events, you might be unintentionally spoiled of the results.
Even something as harmless as going to the front page can be a spoiler mine-field, so follow these steps and you will greatly mitigate the odds of missing out on the action.
We recommend bookmarking the Events page as opposed to the home page. The Home page will frequently show articles regarding recent events, updates, and breaking news.
From the Events page, you can directly select the event you are interested in and click Videos to select the full replay. You will likely see all of the videos relating to this event first, which includes interviews. To fully ensure you won’t see any spoilers, you will need to follow the following step.
Instead of going to the “Videos” tab on the event, copy and paste “/videos?facets=%7B"Content%20Type”:“Full%20Replay”%7D" at the end of the website address in the address bar. This will make it so the video filter is selecting ONLY Full Replays for events, so this will guarantee you won’t see any interviews or highlights spoiling the race.
An example of this for the recent Digital Swiss 2020 race for FloBikes would go as follows.
You would go to the event hub from the Events page which should bring you to this link here; https://www.flobikes.com/events/6743718-2020-digital-swiss-5
Then, you copy and paste the above addition to the end address to bring you to only the Full Replays so that the link now looks like this; https://www.flobikes.com/events/6743718-2020-digital-swiss-5/videos?facets=%7B"Content%20Type":“Full%20Replay”%7D
Clicking on the new link will then bring you to only the replays!
Also, when following an event, please make sure to be extra careful around the newsletter we send out each day. While it’s a great tool for keeping up with upcoming events, do note that it can include things like results from recent events! So to stay on the safe side, if you are currently behind on an on-going event, it might be best to save looking at our emails until you’ve gotten caught up.
With these tips, you should mitigate the chances of getting spoiled for any event you have yet to be caught up on. Enjoy!

Did they change their policy re: spoilers? Last year it was 24 hours before they would post any results / spoilers.
I actually had a very good exchange with them on the issue after receiving a survey about it and they seemed to totally understand the issue.
The above was their response to me today, no mention of not needing to do that within 24 hours.
I find the above not acceptable (ie, I’m not paying money for that). They want to be a news/information hub, with original programming, that also shows races. I don’t care about that ‘value add’, and the way they are doing it actually makes their service less valuable to me being interested in the races.
All they need to do is:
If they did those two things that would resolve my issues. My guess is they don’t want to do this, as this takes attention away from all the other ‘stuff’ they want to promote. In my opinion, NBC sports gold gets this right - you get the streaming, no spoilers, and no extra junk.
I might need to look into a VPN an eurosport, although that will likely have spoiler issues as well.
looks like Flo has zero interest in fixing the issue and putting it all on the user. I gave them $hit earlier this year for the currency piece (USD not CAD) despite their advertising, and the fact that they claim monthly but bill annually.
This is the laziest form of business.
Have FLO stopped covering Cross this year? I quite enjoyed watching it whilst on the trainer last year but this year, nothing so far.
One of the guys I follow on Strava is a “Flo Factory Team”. Not sure what that is, but if it works like my LBS “team” it’s just a pay to play kind of affair
Flo Bikes or Flo Wheels?
Unsure, it just says Flo Factory Team. I doubt it would be the wheels since he doesn’t own a pair, he works at trek and sticks to the in-house stuff since it’s miles better than Flo
All this won’t necessarily work either. A month or two ago, there was one weekend day with men’s and women’s races in a monument plus a stage of a grand tour. I decided to watch the replay of the women’s race first, and the announcer (jonny sant (sp?)) freaking said who won both men’s races. There was absolutely no reason to throw out the spoilers and i was SOOOOO pissed.
That is pretty bad. I haven’t had that happen recently with the organizer’s announcers (ie from the stream, not Flo bike’s announcers.)
This is another example of where the ‘official’ product is worse than the free alternatives - I can browser reddit r/peloton and not get spoilers, pirate sites have replays without spoilers, but the place I pay decides that spoilers are part of what I am paying for.
Between this and Flo’s deceiving pricing/billing, they are really not doing a good job serving their customers.
They did pull their cx coverage. I think events were listed over the summer because I was comparing GCN vs Flo. The GCN commentary was nice with JPow, but I can live with the non-english for all the extra events. But now, no, not worth it. Really bummed.
I wonder if GCN will be eating into FLO bikes share of the pie. I’ll miss cx.
The point is that they mention monthly rate and that you can cancel anytime on the main page. So, even if you pay the year ahead, you would expect to pay for the number of month used. I should have read the terms and conditions, but it says Cancel anytime on main page at 2 places. This is clearly misleading.
I have been confirm that the 29.99US$ monthly subscribtion is not available anymore.
After a few E-mail with customer service. I manage to pay 29.99US$ and got refund 120.01$ on the 150$ paid for the year for 5 week of usage.
After complaining, finally paid 29.99$ for 5 weeks of use, and got refund 120.01$ on the 150$ annual fee.
In Canada, you can cancel your service within 30 days if you are not satisfied. You can also make a complain to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission | CRTC
Does anyone know what WorldTour races Flo is carrying this year? All I see on the events page are the races organized by ASO (they don’t have the broadcast rights to those in the US, only in Canada) and the UCI championships.
