So I entered in plan builder as a 5 day stage race at a tempo pace. I also did climbing road race based on your advice from your post. Not sure if that was correct pace or not. First day shooting for 90 miles then 110 the 2nd. 65 the 3rd 110 again the 4th and 60 day 5 to finish. Day 3 we will get a shower and a real bed we will be camping roadside every other night. Lots of food and water on this route so resupply is no issue. Even though I’m shooting for 5 days I have 7 to complete it. I figure about an average of 12-14 hrs on the bike per day on the longer days. Even though day 3 is short mileage it has the most single track so it may take as long as the first day.

What volume plan did you go for? How much tss does that event come to? Sounds really tough!

Low volume plus 2 outdoor rides per week. About 1600 TSS for that event.
