It never does but they do have some Garmins on sale. F6 (excluding X) is $150 off. You still get 10% dividend as long as it is regular price.
I think the X is also $150 off… of course in this case with it applying you won’t get 10%
I had heard of mistakes where the 20% single item worked on some Garmin devices before, so I checked and of course the discounted F6XPro does not apply 
Yes it does things get accidentally discounted at times and mostly at clever training in my experience.
I was gonna get from Park Tool esp. PCS 9.2 but Park Tool isn’t on sale 
FWIW, the annual REI sale is on, and the 20% code seems to work on both the Neo 2T and the full KICKR (the only two I tried). They have the Neo in stock, and the KICKR on backorder (but you can still order it).
With the 20% discount (removed dividend error), and their very generous return policy, it’s a very good deal (but you know that already).
You dont get 10% on top of the 20%. The 10% only applies for non sale item price points w/o discounts.

You will not get the 10% dividend if you apply the 20% off code, I don’t believe (unless they have recently changed that policy).

Seen at my local Costco they have Lasko Carpet Blower Fans (little green ones that can be daisy chained), max 700 cfm air flow for $60. Much higher flow rates than the popular Lasko 4900 (yellow ones) that I’ve seen typically recommended (I believe those are max 350cfm).
Keep an eye out for them as I don’t know if they have them at all stores nationwide.

Not a special deal or discount, but have you checked out The Black Bibs? Great price for a trainer bib (and outside bib too). I pick up a few every once in a while and they last just as long as the pricier bibs and feel great.
