I have short legs and arms and a bit long torso and maybe longer head and neck… tarmac 56 with 10cm stem felt too big for me… and I also have crux 54 with 10cm stem fitted the same as venge (angles are the same and everything but stack which is 2cm bigger) and descending feels different.

I too have a Crux which is an all together different beast. I have a 100mm stem on that bike, but it’s stable as a rock descending.

You look cramped on that bike to my untrained eye.
