Difficulty with Later Training Plans

Hear ya, I spent 2 years reducing intensity, increasing hours per week, and learning to listen to my body. It worked.

I’m about sixteen years older and knocking down 8-12 hours/week but its mostly endurance and some intervals 3 days a week. Hitting some of my best power and speed numbers ever. Seventh year cycling.
