Feature Request - Setting a default Warm Up and Cool Down Duration

Hey, Liam! Pedal to Extend can be toggled on and off at will by any non-VoiceOver athlete but is turned on always for athletes using VoiceOver, even if the Pedal to Extend setting is toggled to ‘off’. VoiceOver athletes are warned before the cooldown is extended, but 30 seconds before the end you will have the ‘pedal to extend cooldown’ option appear. You can cancel it if you stop pedaling less than a minute after extending the workout, or keep pedaling to extend!
