Using your accessibility settings, you can make it turn on/off by triple-clicking the home button (or the power button on newer devices). To find the option, go to:

1. Settings
2. Accessibility
3. Accessibility Shortcut
4. Select “Smart Invert Colors”

With the new iOS 13 dark mode, it looks pretty nice.

I dark-moded it myself with Stylebot plugin for chrome.

Only helps desktop, but I might share if anyone is interested. Not perfect, but acceptable (I notice now the post dialog isn’t dark).
