Handlebars - Narrow or Aero?

the narrowest bar I found on their homepage seems to be the monstrosity you linked above 40mm with a reach of a 70mm stem + 311mm so essentially giving you + 38cm of reach. What kind of bike do you put this thing on, a kids bike? Have fun hitting your knees into that thing. Or maybe I just don’t get it?

I have no idea, but just remembered seeing it was all haha. I am actually curious to see a first hand user talk about it.
