Is there a way to increase the amount time per week on the low volume plan?
Currently I just use alternates and pick the time. Is this the only approach or is there a setting I’m missing. I like the LV plan because it’s only 3 times a week which frees up the weekend for a social outdoor ride.
Using Alternates with the Duration setting is the only way to do it right now.
Nate mentioned plans to add some level of time control in the future, but we have no idea if/when that might happen.

I will continue with alternates and just match the workout levels and finding the closest in terms of workout profile
