Is Base Necessary for a beginner

15 hours!?
I’m glad if I get 5-10 hours a week.
I’m retired and do have the time, but cycling 15 hours a week is just to much. It have to be fun too!And I don’t like intervals either.
Even so with 5-10 hours of endurance a week, my form gets better every summer season, and then decline every winter. And I’m happy with that.

What do you like about cycling then? :crazy_face:
