I don’t see anything listed for Highlights, but that may change once the race starts. I was only looking in the “Live & Upcoming” section, also.
I also have Peacock Premium included with internet only. It’s possible you need a certain speed level, although all the “available” internet plans xfinity shows me include it. I had to request the Flex box that I don’t need to get PP activated though.
I’m also using the Peacock app on devices I already had. I stuck the unopened Flex box in a closet. PP became available to me around an hour after I requested the free Flex box through Xfinity’s web site.
Just signed up, and looks like they don’t like Linux
headless Linux for the win?!
Can anyone confirm if Peacock Premium includes replays like NBCSports Gold? On-demand? Not sure I can watch live due to work schedule.
On demand, yes.
Not certain about highlight / recap shows yet, however.
Cool thanks for the on-demand confirmation. Not worried about the recaps or highlights, I can get those on YT.
For whatever reason it says I don’t get it. I am going to blame this on Truebill negotiating my rate down
Better yet, a 2hr highlight version so it nicely coincides with a TR workout.
Feeling optimistic that they’ll have the European commentators based on who they have for La Course - but of course it could also be they are too cheap to pay for separate commentators for the women’s race
Anyone that has watched the peacock stream, does the $5 plan have a lot of commercials? Should i go with the $10 plan?
Just popped into the coverage to check…the good news is that it is not Uncle Phil and Bob on Peacock. Thank god.
Bad news is that it is Anthony McCrossen, who I find to be pretty boring. Hopefully he has someone to work with……him solo is very dry.
But I’ll take him over the other two bozos any day.
ETA - sounds like Robbie McEwen is working with him. Excellent.
Watching the $5 Peacock tier right now. No commercials…No mercy.
Correction - it is Simon Gerrans doing commentary w/ McCrossen, not Robbie McEwen.
I can’t tell one Aussie accent from another apparently.
Little annoyed that I can’t pause the live feed - just finished a workout and want to pause and come back in half an hour and it doesn’t seem to be an option
Edit: For clarity - this applies on the LG TV app - unclear to me why it lets me pause on other devices but their TV app doesn’t permit it
That’s weird, I can pause, rewind, whatever. On iOS and Apple TV
I can too
Anyone else watching TdF on Peacock using an iPad and having tons of pausing/errors with the stream?
I think I had this problem last year for the first week or so, but it got better as it went along… can’t quite remember though.
