Older Guys Can Ya Give Me Some Input?

That might not work for everyone though

Your situation seemed to fit me best. Extreme fitness with a large dosage of burnout. I knew there might not be a possibility to get off T but then your situation encouraged me that it might be a possibility. For those of you havent had abnormally lows of T, you cant imagine how bad you feel…to the point you dont want to do anything. I know physical ability is always going to decline with age but last yr was like falling off a cliff. My everyday life is much more normal and I am happy with my decision. Hopefully I can get off of it entirely.

Follow up on my situation. Best case scenario has happened. I am off the T and fully functional in the bedroom. I gradually started feeling better. Paid attention to proper sleep and recovery over the last year. Have been extremely mindful of intensity. Most of last year I limited myself to one day of intensity. I also bought a sailboat. Slowest thing on the planet but really good for chilling. Recently I am back to two days of intensity and 8 to 10 hrs a week. Last yr I was 5-6 hrs. I dont have great watts but I have been able to hang in group rides. Im just closer at my limit. More like everybody s tempo is my threshold kinda deal. Ive been completely off for four months and will wait one more before blood test to confirm.
