It doesn’t mean that your actual endurance is not improving after doing the endurance work, just that you haven’t done a more challenging endurance ride recently. You will find that your current progression levels are largely what you have done recently rather than what you can do with a maximal effort. Sometimes they match up, sometimes they don’t.
No actually it is still the same. Find it strange the Vo2 Max workouts are crazy high anyway because of a custom workout i did.
