Tristan Cardew covers a two week training plan that is, I suggest, the polishing part of the process in his attempt to get from 5.49 W/kg to 6
Six hard sessions, two endurance sessions, four recovery days, one day completely off the bike.
Then two rest days, a warmup day and test day.
Does he make it to 6W/kg? No spoilers from me.
One thing he does say is that this training is very specifically structured for the 20 minute power test.
