Ramp Over-Tester taking a new AT approach

I could take a ramp and maybe exceed my current FTP but think this would reset my PLs to level 1.0. I like the option for them to reduce.

That shouldn’t happen anymore. After my last ftp change they drop about 1-1,5 points.
