Listened to podcast 210 while riding this morning and learned more about sprinting than I have ever learned. My mellow ride turned into a “circle of power” sprint training ride. Now my jaw hurts. Love the app and podcast. Thanks. 5⭐️

Sadly, I did not. What’s more, I almost crashed in our drop ride last night because I took a turn badly (wasn’t paying attention and my form was trash), so it’s definitely something I need to work on.

Somewhere in there @chad mentions smashing a VO2 block when returning back to training. My question is how long would you do that block for? 2 weeks 4 weeks or 6 weeks.
I am about to return after an 8-week layoff. Primarily due to illness ( Flu A + lung infection post). The plan was to do 2 weeks light just to make sure I am ready then complete either 2 -4 weeks of VO2 before moving back into SSB 2.
