I replace it when the app says is about 50% or 75% used, so 0 problems.
I get a nice 2000 watt ‘sprint’ shortly before my Stages PM battery dies if I’m on zwift. Far less exciting outside as the power reading just disappears.

I had two minutes at 3000W yesterday, outside. 
Got about 1500 TSS for the ride and the advice to update my FTP to 600W.

i get low power readings when the battery is about to die on my stages. on my quarq the numbers stay good until it suddenly drops out. looks like the stages design doesn’t account for variance in battery voltage? that’s kinda disconcerting.
Glad I’m not the only one - last time it happened to me I was in a very mellow group ride and was subsequently cursed out and caused a cheater as I sped away up a hill…sigh.
Now I just proactively change the batteries to avoid the situation.
