Plan Builder will not take strength training into account. That must be done manually if you bother to enter it at all. It’s possible to “fake” some TSS via manual entry of sessions, but considering that TSS is cycling specific, tacking in strength is limiting at best (and could be a mistake depending on who you ask).
In short, you are basically on your own for adding it into your training plan in TR. There is some lengthy discussion in a number of existing topics if you want to dive in further.
