I don’t own a Zhimanox but I’m curious - were they selling them within the last two years and would they therefore be covered by the standard 2 year electronics consumer law for customers in the EU? I’m not a lawyer but I wonder if that might be an avenue to pursue if you have one and it fails after their support period ends.
