Tell me about how you're keeping your hands and feet warm

Lots of good suggestions here, but you might also check out this thread.

Asking for cold weather advice is useless without defining cold weather.

I’ve successfully ridden at 0°F. Here are key pieces of gear. Many similar items will work -

Winter helmet. - Giro Timberwolf - Kopp's Cycle
Bar Mitts - https://barmitts.com/ - you really can’t understand how warm these are until you use them. I use thin gloves through most of the winter since I simply don’t need anything more.
Winter shoes - Lake makes nice ones, so does Fizik. You might size up to leave room for nice thick wool socks.

The rest should be easy to figure out. Oh, if it gets cold enough you might need ski goggles.

I’m a fan of the dissent133 glove system. It comes with a liner, thermal layer, and shell. You could probably pick up similar pieces from different sources too. The key for me is the layering so I can take off or add pieces as needed mid-ride.

Just DHB neoprene ones, nothing special but work for me down to 0C for up to about 2-3 hours.

Costco has heated gloves that are fantastic. Toasty warm for 2 hours on high. They’re $49. Go get a pair, but they them on, I ended up getting XXL when XL normally is fine
