Who's over 60 y/o and using TR?

I’m 67 and using TR for the third year and more dedicated than ever to see how much improvement I can make. I haven’t raced as such, other than doing the Senior Olympics. I compete against myself and can keep up with lots of guys 20-30 years younger, except on hills >5%, where the aging heart hits its limit. Working on losing 10lbs to help with that. I’d enjoy hearing from and connecting with other 60+ cyclists on how they use TR, if it’s improved their cycling, and any pointers. We’re obviou…
