I have my surgery (bone - patella - bone graft) scheduled for 2nd June so looking forward to getting it done and then back on track.
I broke my ACL on 2/April and have been slowly doing spins on the training bike (Stages SB20) over the past few weeks and doing the pre-hab physio.
Been doing 3 x 15 min SS workouts (80% of FTP) with 4 intervals of FTP * 120% and my L/R balance is looking much better than previous weeks.
Initially balance was 70/30, then 60/40, now averages about 52/48.
Will be interesting to see after surgery how quickly I can get back to a similar power balance
