Thought I’d push out an extended mix as my rides get longer for the faux IM race I am using as motivation.

This is a bit of an upside down cake as it’s starts off hard with some bass ridden house vibes but transitions through melodic, disco, classic and indie House.

VO2 max and above, I like Sam Bewley’s Turbo Trainer Playlist on Spotify. Not my normal taste, bit when the heat is on, the beats are good

While I don’t use these playlists for ramp test type workouts (usually jump over to metal/hardcore), I’ve found these to be the best motivators and distractors for most other workouts, especially long intervals. They’re some of my favorite playlists outside of working out anyway. Cannot recommend enough.
