Anybody signed up/signing up for the exclusive podcasts?
I gotta get a link…I unsubscribed to the newsletter (because they send too damn many) and that is how the links were distributed.

I also unsubbed from the emails, and I have zero interest in Discord. But there was a link on the Performance Process podcast story to get it added to your feed if you’re a member

Yep, that’s how I signed up and it just turned up in my Overcast feed.
I haven’t. I use Spotify (which they won’t post to), and to be honest, I think they already have too many podcasts. I’m not looking for more.

FWIW, if Ronan’s new pod was 34 min, it showed up in my iTunes feed automatically…never had to do anything.
Haven’t listened to it yet, so not sure if it is the full episode.
No it was not. Full episode is 1h - and it’s a pretty interesting episode with very entertaining guest - maybe not extremely informative but very easy to listen to.

Listened to the full episode last night - I also found it super interesting as a peek behind the curtain to learn about the details and preparation for hour attempts. I suspect it’d be very informative for the right audience, anyone who time trials could get a lot from the discussions about warmup, pacing and temperature management.
And yes, I’m posting this here because I don’t get on with Discord at all. What a mess. I’m too old for that

This is the part I fully agree:) also completely cannot use Discord. It looks like a return to IRC times (yes, I am that old). It’s pure chaos for me

Same. I don’t understand why they’re so in love with it. Even if I find a topic that looks interesting to me, I look the next morning and there are 300 new posts and no way to easily find where I left off even if I DID want to read 300 people saying “me too”. It’s just horrendous.
