Working with a coach and Trainer Road, any experience?

When I first started with a coach I subsequently found TR and Virtual Power and used that until I got a Favero Be Pro S powermeter. I replicated his workouts in the workout builder.

If you can handle the TR workout creator I have found those PL’s to be pretty consistent.

Unless you bump sprints above 200 or 225%. I documented this a few years ago. Simply using TR’s workout creator does not resolve the PL issue. In fact when I was checking, most of my FasCat off-the-shelf and coach workouts had reasonable WLs/PLs.
