How has your warranty replacement experience been? I had to claim on my 303 firecrests after both rims developed significant ripples and the experience was great - new wheels received in less than a week from sending my wheels back. Very much dependent on the retailer though (who you have to make the claim through) - Ive heard a few cases of retailers making it a difficult process.

Yep. All sorted with no stress. The delay was me getting the wheel boxed up and sent. One day turn-around and a few days in transit to/from Ballarat.
Here’s the video on the process of breaking the 303FC, making a claim, and getting the replacement. All smooth sailing as expected from a company with the resources of Zipp/SRAM.
Definitely a plus for SRAM/ ZIPP. Stuff breaks, it’s a bummer, but it happens.

Can I ask how old the wheel was? I’m thinking of getting new wheels for my gravel bike and while there are some smaller brands that are cheaper a lifetime warranty is attractive if it’s honoured
From my original gravel build back in early December 2020. Likely around 8000kms on it (ballpark estimate).
All my customer service interactions with sram have been exceptional
