I live in Central Florida, this time of year temps are often in the mid 90s. Even when temps are lower humidity is very high. At the same pace/RPE as I was working zone 2 a couple months ago, my heart rate is at least 10 bpm higher. Do I dial my effort back even further, or just work at normal pace…
