Amazing!!! Congrats- this is no small feat . It’s great that you have this exciting goal to carry you into next season.
This brings me to your question:
I’d consider your motivation levels when making off-season plans. Your motivation is often an indication of where your body is at physiologically, and therefore a helpful indicator of how much of an off-season you need and what that looks like. One of the main goals of an off-season is to regain motivation to a level that will sustain you throughout the long season ahead.
Regardless, a complete break is beneficial for many reasons so I strongly suggest you take some time completely off of the bike, even if that is just a week or so. As for your approach when getting back on the bike, Jonathan shares some golden
