2025 XC Race recommendations

In 2021, I did the High Cascades 100 (11:18) and Leadville (11:43). I really enjoyed both. But my first kid was born in 2021, and kid two in 2023. I really let cycling take a back burner. The kids are getting bigger and I have an increasing drive to get back to structured training.

I’m looking to put something big on the calendar for 2025 to motivate me. Leadville was a great experience but one-and-done for me. I enjoyed the HC100 much more. It was a smaller group, everyone was super chill, and a lot of gorgeous single track.

Is there a race you would really recommend? I’ve been eyeing Park City P2P. It sounds like a beast though, on par or harder than Leadville physically and more technical.

Bump to the top? I’d live any suggestions!

Highly recommend P2P Park City. The course is really fun and absolutely brutal. Its 99% single track in some great PC trails.
