Having just finished a recovery week after my first 3 weeks of solid structured training on TR I have just done my first ramp test. Needless to say it was a painful last few minutes but I am absolutely buzzing to have reached the 300 mark, and managed to lose 0.5kg in weight (weighing in at 72.5kg). Having only picking up cycling about 2 years ago I feel I have made more progress in the last 4 weeks than I had in the 23 months prior to signing up with TR.
