What experience do you have with indoor cycling? What type of equipment do you have, if any? What additional goals do you have beyond riding 1hr/day? From the info you provided so far, it seems like there would be better apps for you than Trainerroad, which focuses on improving cycling athletic performance through structured workouts and plans.

If you have never used clip in pedals now is not the time to start. The twisting to get out will not help the cyst or hamstring pull. Ask your PT about doing bridges.
