For those who don’t or can’t afford to go to a training camp but may still be able to carve out four to fourteen days to focus on riding, wouldn’t it be great if you could set up a plan in TR? So you fill in the number of days you have and your goals for that time and it sets up a plan based on some multiple of your typical weekly TSS (2x?). It could even prescribe the number of rest or active recovery days after the camp. Of course these would all be outside rides and a chance to do volume, so a lot of Z2/Z3 with maybe some intervals mixed in at a higher intensity?
