Add morning endurance ride to sweet stop base mid volume

I’m currently doing sweet spot base mid volume 1 and doing the workouts after work so I’m not worn out during work (work from home currently) and thinking I could add an endurance/z2 ride before work. Is this a useful thing to do?

Seemed to have missed that. Thanks. So any endurance ride that fits in the amount of time I have in the morning (an hour or less) or is there a difference between them?
