Hi All, I am in middle of SSB1 Mid Volume with scheduled recovery week starting Dec 17. I want to push it back to the 24th so it is over the holidays and i can tool around on the fatbike instead of indoor rides and not have a tough week of SSB2 during the holidays.
How tough should i make it? I am thinking something like week 5 again but remove one of the 90min weekend rides altogether or replace with something like Petit. Remove the over under session or long sweet spot ride? Maybe also drop the 75min geiger to 60mins…
Any suggestions welcome.
