Have you tried uninstalling and installing the app again or maybe writing an email to their support?
Yes I have tried the uninstall and re-install, the thing is, it was working an hour ago so very much doubt it’s the app. As for writing an email to their support, tdf will be over before I get a human response!
Hopefully I’ll be able to catch the end of the live feed on the laptop at home when I get back.
Its died on my android and pc. Logging out and in again never worked I’ll try the uninstall 
Was working 20mins ago but I had to pop out for a blood test and it wasn’t when I got back

Somethings wrong. It worked like 1 or 2 hours ago on my iPhone. Now iOS + web both not working.

Im curious on what the point of GCN race is if one already has Eurosport player access? I think GCN coverage is slightly different outside of the Europe however. I’m currently in the UK with Eurosport player subscription.
I did ask the GCN guys on social media but they just said I could watch it on my phone, which I can with Eurosport player anyway
Is the Eurosport player ad free? Might switch subscriptions to that if it’s ad free, had enough of this GCN beta player, when I rotate my phone I lose the feed and have to hit the “try again” button.

Whilst we’ve got your attention GCN, could you not put headlines like ‘The Breakaway has its day’ on the race tv page underneath the race video carousel. Rather spoils the suspense.
Other than that and a few other minor issues, I’ve enjoyed Race Pass. It’s a nicely laid out package and I love the short/long highlights options made available soon after each race.

It isn’t ad free, but there is an option for uninterrupted coverage, I’ve just never used it. I can use Eurosport player on Apple TV, laptop, iPad etc. Whereas GCN looks like just a phone app. I know I can airplay of screen mirror to a tv, but that renders the phone useless while that’s happening.

Can confirm the GCN app isn’t just a phone app, works well in my Microsoft Surface laptop via the browser which I can send to my TV, I do that via HDMI micro cable.
I have Eurosport on my BT TV package but ads drive me mad, that’s the reason I went down the GCN route, uninterrupted coverage, big bonus of no Zwift/watt bike/etc adverts 
I’ve had the Tour and the Giro Rosa open on my second monitor while I work for like a week and a half, it’s glorious 
Don’t know about the web player, but the Eurosport FireTV app has the “uninterrupted coverage” option. fwiw I originally got FireTV sticks for any TV I watch cycling on because the Eurosport (Android) App was flaky as f*ck, especially when chrome casting.
I think they originally said that the FireTV app would be early Q1 2021, any update @Brian_GCN ? Casting when on the turbo is causing me a few drop outs (between TR and TR App).
Currently we only support chromecasting with Firestick - we will be rolling out a specific app at some point but it’s not the priority right now as we’re working on ironing out the issues that are causing dropouts while casting from android and improving casting for our iOS users.

app and web player both working well for me, also love the long highlights option which means I get to watch the stage whilst doing my evening turbo session
