Nope. They turned it off for all users by default now for some privacy concerns. You can turn it back on by adjusting your privacy settings but if no one else does it won’t show you much. They’ve effectively killed the feature.

Ha-ha! Appropriately so! That thing was a major privacy issue.
But they didn’t have to go all the way to shutting it off. Sheesh. How about just making private ppl private on flybys? Silly Strava…
