I know on Xert it runs a -1watt loss per day if you’ve not been on the bike, but no clue if that’s worth anything.
Say you do nothing, is there a linear or non-linear depreciation. What if you do endurance only, does that mitigate the depreciation over no riding.
Is this stuff known/studied or is it too wildly different between people?
