Im trusting and listening.

Last night I delivered 1h30 VO2 Cenizo 3.0. It was hard (level 7 on the survey) but never felt to be at risk of failure although some leg fatigue was noticed.

But I definitively couldnt have managed this type of stress on tuesday when my VO2 was sheduled and couldnt also mange for sure with the Big Gun (the first adaptation suggested for tuesday) yesterday.
