Random question but does anyone know of anywhere to hire a road bike in the Ardennes, Belgium? Ideally somewhere close to Vielsalm as that’s where I’m staying. Hoping to hire and maybe go do La Redoute
I know the area quite well, but I don’t know a place that rents out road bikes. There are a lots of rental places that rent low level mountainbikes for tourists, but not road bikes.
So I started looking at some bigger bike shops in the area, and I found one in Malmedy (Trek and Orbea store) that seems to rent out road bikes aswell, but you have to call for more information or to make a reservation.
If you can’t find it there you could try Maastricht or Luik

Should have said “I know the area quite well for mountainbiking” 
But what distance/time are you thinking of riding? Maybe I can source a gpx from some club members who ride on the road in the Ardennes a lot more. Or someone more local (I live a 1h drive away) can help you out.

I would probably want 100k and 4 hours or so. If possible to do Somme famous climbs like La Redoute I’d be happy 
Maybe the Liège-Bastogne-Liege challenge (this is a gran fondo-style event the day before the pro race) courses can be an inspiration? I don’t know the area well, but I rode the LBL challenge 80km in 2023 and 2024 and it was quite fun.
It includes La Redoute and some other famous climbs.
