Rocker Plates for Trainers

My evolving Google Doc meant to cover a range of Rocker Plate Info. What is a Rocker Plate? I like it…need to experiment with the springs a bit. I should have measured my snap as I would have probably made it 25"x32"…its pretty tight at 24". All said and done…it only cost about $80 including the paint and maybe took 2 hours to build.

Yeah, I’ve heard the Snap is a bit tight. I used 24" before I ever saw one and have never measured one myself. But it looks like you made it work at least.
