- It is a discussion because there is interest in the topic. There are many topics in this forum and not all are restricted to being directly cycling or getting faster.
- There are medical and health related effects that are relevant to training.
- It’s as relevant as the alcohol related threads (beer, whiskey)
I left this thread in place because of the above reasons. TR is free to regulate it as they see fit.
