dude is fast, I watched him crush it at Merced Crit. Made me realize I need to either slam the stem on my Domane, or pick up a racing bike.

Congrats Nate!

Anyone know what Nate’s FTP was before he started training?

Nothing to be ashamed of IMHO.

Maybe 180 IIRC?

I got your back Nate!

He often refers to his base fitness at 2.0 watts a kilo year off, he was 184lb on the last podcast I listened(august 2018) so 164 if the same weight. Although he has lost weight during the process so 180 may be more like it

Nate I promise I’m not stalking you

189 FTP is my off the couch fitness. That’s at around 210 lbs. I’ve taken a year off a few times and it always falls to that.

Right now I’m like 187-190 lbs. I’m trying to stick to my New Years resolution of eating a ton.

Jonathan led me out, we both had cameras on. It will be a good analysis!

What’s your ftp now Nate? And again WTG

I’m working out at 330 in Reno. It might be higher right now.

At sea level it’s probably 345-350.
