Chad's Departure

Yeah, you are right. Sadly, I have been thinking more about his leadership style than I should be. It is not like all the subscriptions I have I know what the CEO is thinking and she/he/they are certainly not on a podcasts weekly. That said, we (or at least I have) have supported prices increases, beta tested stuff and sucked down beet juice in the name of getting faster in the name of TR. Hell, I even did fasted workouts for a year or two, It is almost like we are paying to be apart of the TR community and org (in a dotted line fashion via our paychecks). Thus, we expect our Compadre to be treated with a lot more respect. Not saying anything we would have deduced it was involuntary.

If I go all conspiracy it also could mean the Chad was simply an employee and probably had some ISO shares v being a co-founder… Something, I assume was very different based on said post. Which also is an indication of leadership styles. But hey, Chad is a grown man. I am sure he cut a deal that was worth it to him at the time. Nonetheless, time heals everything. Chad will be fine. Nate might do this differently going forward and we will continue to pay to look at those painful blue bar graphs with no error bars in the name of getting faster.

TL; DR
Treat people how you want to be treated.
