Question:
Do I have to set a workout as an outdoor workout for TR to use my outdoor ride in all it’s adaptive training calcs? Or can I just leave the indoor workout as is and just ride outside. I’m trying to figure out what helps TR provide better recommendations for the long running plan I have.
Context:
I use TR as a way to keep myself structured and have something tell me what to do when I’m indoors. I reply on adaptive training and just have a long running plan that I use to help me get better. I don’t race.
That being said, I prioritize outdoor rides and while I do have a power meter I’ve often found I just enjoy riding outside and doing my own thing. I know this isn’t “ideal” and it’s probably leaving some gains on the table but it’s what I’ve been enjoying so far.
