Changing outdoor ride to structured session

I have a solo ride scheduled every Saturday on my current plan. Going into the winter months if the weather is bad how do I change that ride to a structured ride that fits into my plan? Do I just do the train now recommendation?

You can swap between Solo, Group and TrainerRoad rides from your Calendar :slight_smile: .

Click on the training phase annotation on your Calendar (e.g. Base, Build, Specialty) to bring up the Plan Phase Adjustments window.

From there, you can swap between Group, Solo, and TrainerRoad rides.

You can also adjust the duration of each day’s workout, and drag-and-drop each workout to any day of the week.

After you’ve made your desired changes, click Update and confirm that you want to overwrite your original plan settings and any previous edits you’ve made.

When I click on the phase I dont get the option also it I hit edit schedule it changes the whole plan. I Just want the option to change that one day if it’s raining and I will be able to continue the outside rides the following weeks.

Hey there! Right now this can only be swapped as a plan-wide change, but in the coming weeks we’ll be adding this to the new calendar on a workout-by-workout basis. I’ll post in the calendar thread when this is available.

I would either look for an alternate workout to the originally planned, or just pick one from TrainNow. Diverting from the original plan occasionally won’t derail your training in the long run.
